the room was unbeleivably dirty, with grime in every corner. The heater’s one setting was simply maddening. I could’ve swore this was a budget hotel, but I expected at least a complimentary bottle of water—seriously, how hard is that? Almost gave a good review but just couldn’t!

Ridiculous noise levels from neighboring rooms!!! The stairway lights need to be activated at sunset, making it a bit of a hazard!!! Unpleasantness with the TV's annoying text-to-speech narrator really kills the vibe!!!

The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was unbelievably dirty, with grime in every corner. The heater was maddening, stuck at one setting. Not to mention, the TV was virtually unusable with its annoying text-to-speech narrator blaring at high volume.

You know,, the room was actually clean,, and yes the bathroom was decent enough. The manager was quite understanding when I asked for an extra towel for the kids.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable, you know,, for a quick stay.
